My path to massage therapy is deeply personal. After a debilitating whiplash injury, I experienced firsthand how massage therapy can restore function and foster wellness. This, combined with my lifelong interest in anatomy, led me to graduate from the Langara College RMT program and pursue advanced training in Instrument- Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). My approach is also shaped by my previous career as a social worker, which instilled in me the importance of listening, trust, and collaborative partnership in any healing process. I believe true wellness comes from treating the whole person. In my practice, I blend precise clinical techniques with empathetic, client-centered care. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in your recovery. It is a privilege to use my hands and knowledge to help my community move better, feel better, and return to the lives they love.
